Job definition
- You organize and coordinate everything needed for smooth project execution (from design to delivery), including defining scope, risks, and issues with teams such as product and engineering.
- You monitor schedules, objectives, and budgets.
- You proactively monitor project progress, identify risks, and address issues.
- You ensure clear communication and alignment on project progress and expectations.
- You defend and substantiate business cases in close consultation with the product managers.
- You proactively maintain relationships with all stakeholders and ensure engagement.
Job qualifications
- At least a completed WO Bachelor, preferably in Technical Business Administration. A project management certification (IPMA B or C) is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of leading projects based on the PRINCE-2 methodology;
- Experience in the manufacturing/production industry is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and realizing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in a technical environment.
- Experience on culture change and implementation of project management (LEAN / Process Improvement) in organisations.
