This process stems from continuous interactions with customers and consultation with various experts within the company.<\/span><\/p>\n In response to market needs, requirements, and additional research data, the team conducts an analysis, resulting in a business case that forms the foundation for new projects. Product Management colleagues establish connections across the organization, spanning from R&D to Customer Service, Warehouse to Finance. This information is harnessed to iteratively enhance products or systems.<\/span><\/p>\n The team meticulously manages product portfolios and orchestrates the introduction and discontinuation of products and product lines.
