We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of the Enstall Calculator—our core digital tool for solar mounting project planning. You will be the primary liaison between our digital team, external development partner (Quintor), and internal stakeholders across Europe, ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact functionality that meets market and customer needs.
 

Key Responsibilities

Calculator Product Ownership

• Manage roadmap planning and execution of the Enstall Europe Calculator(s);

• Own the supplier relationship with Quintor, including budget oversight, sprint planning, and delivery of new features.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Coordinate internal communication of new functionalities with PM and marketing;

• Support external communication handoff to online marketing;

• Drive calculator sprint reviews, demos, and calculator board meetings;

• Support prioritization decisions by explaining time, cost, and effort trade-offs to stakeholders.

Product Development and Validation

• Define and validate new calculator functionalities with stakeholders (sales, technical, support, partners);

• Scope, document, and align technical solutions with project teams;

• Provide complete functional requirements to Quintor;

• Lead solution testing and manage acceptance testing by the project team.

Partner & Customer Support

• Assist in onboarding and maintaining partner API connections;

• Provide technical support in coordination with customer service and live chat teams.

Strategic and Market Contribution

• Participate in internal strategic planning sessions;

• Deliver insights to PMO, NPDL, and portfolio boards regarding product status and opportunities;

• Conduct market research, voice-of-customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify improvements and innovation areas.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS or digital tools environment;

• Strong project management capabilities, ideally in an agile setting (e.g., Scrum, Kanban);

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail without losing the big picture;

• Proven ability to manage third-party development partners and cross-functional teams;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external);

• Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation;

• Fluency in English;

• Familiarity with solar, renewable energy, or construction industry tools is a plus.

• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership;

• Experience with API integrations and digital partner onboarding;

• Technical literacy in web applications and calculator/modeling tools;

• Experience working in an international or multi-brand environment.
