For our Global Dynamics 365 team we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Analyst, focusing on Supply Chain and Operations in an effort to facilitate further automatization of critical business processes for the different companies in the US region.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Analyst working within the IT department at Enstall, you will oversee and ensure timely delivery of quality functional and technical support services to the end users of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, in concert with our internal IT helpdesk team. You will partner with, and contribute to, staff and business partners to ensure that D365 Finance and Operations meets and exceeds expectations regarding requirements, performance, and defined metrics/benchmarks, while also ensuring standards and processes are followed to provide superior customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee, manage, and coordinate all requests, incidents and problems that are logged in our ticketing management system
  • Serve as point person on all urgent, escalated, and complicated support issues
  • Manage all escalation processes with all parties involved
  • Determine root cause of issues an communicate appropriately to all parties involved
  • Assist in case transfer between internal information systems team and IT teams
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports based on KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Monitor and manage case queue
  • Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation
  • Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization
  • Manage ISV relationships as it depends on daily operational needs
  • Review survey feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant IT related diploma, degree, or certifications
  • 1-3 years of experience providing on-site support and troubleshooting in Microsoft AX or Microsoft D365, preferred
  • Previous experience documenting business processes – Visio, process diagram, etc.
  • Previous experience working on business process improvements
  • Proven knowledge of formal problem solving and root cause analysis techniques
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams and develop clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses
  • Previous experience training users in D365
  • Previous experience with data analysis and transactional posting
  • Proven knowledge of formal problem solving and root cause analysis techniques
  • Prior consulting organization experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently

Where You'll Be Located

This is a hybrid position, located in North Andover, Massachusetts, requiring 3-4 days on-site per week.

What We’ll Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by everyone’s relevant experience, skills, education, and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $70,000 and $95,000 annually, if located in North Andover, Massachusetts. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
