The product vision always marks the initial phase. Our Product Management team initiates the process by developing, formulating, and realizing a product strategy for diverse business units. This process stems from continuous interactions with customers and consultation with various experts within the company.
In response to market needs, requirements, and additional research data, the team conducts an analysis, resulting in a business case that forms the foundation for new projects. Product Management colleagues establish connections across the organization, spanning from R&D to Customer Service, Warehouse to Finance. This information is harnessed to iteratively enhance products or systems.
The team meticulously manages product portfolios and orchestrates the introduction and discontinuation of products and product lines. Every effort is made to contribute to the creation of optimal systems for our customers.
