Enstall’s Product Development and Innovation (PD&I) team is a driving force behind the shift to renewable energy. Our PD&I scientists and engineers develop new, enabling technologies, platforms, tests, and collaborations to address our customers’ needs and move the solar industry forward. Our scientists and engineers engage in the entire product development cycle, from ideation and concept development, through detailed design, testing, certification, documentation, to the handoff to manufacturing.  We have state-of-the art facilities in Massachusetts, Arizona and California with modern equipment and lab spaces readily accessible for rapid, in-house prototyping.  As an innovator with us, you will consistently engage in top-tier research and development, bringing the latest mounting technologies to the market.

Our staff has expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, materials science, wind engineering, structural engineering, machining, 3D modelling, physics, chemistry, and much more.  They are dedicated to R&D of new and improved products designed for cost-effective, high-volume production methods like extrusion, casting, die-casting, cold heading, and stampings using aluminium, steel, polymers, and other novel building materials. 

Our PD&I team possesses in-depth knowledge of the solar mounting market and is working to improve Enstall’s existing products and launch new-to-the-world products.  Their diverse backgrounds and experiences foster a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing propels progress. Our team consists of innovative thinkers, adept developers, and skilled designers who seamlessly blend pragmatism with hands-on capabilities.
