Enstall’s triumph begins with a meticulously structured and well-managed procurement process. The Sourcing & Quality team serves as a crucial link within this process, often collaborating with the Product Management department to refine and optimize cost specifications for new products.

This team offers guidance on all procurement-related matters concerning new products and product modifications, actively participating in the initial phase of a new product’s lifecycle. The responsibility for addressing potential quality and/or availability issues is entrusted to this department. Additionally, the team coordinates the seamless transition of project procurement to the standard environment, contributing to a smooth shift from development projects to series production.

Beyond enhancing supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery reliability, and costs, the team takes charge of establishing a second-source strategy. Furthermore, they ensure the successful attainment of ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications.
