Technical Support

The colleagues overseeing technical support in Europe and the United States serve as the technical backbone of our organization. Within the Project Engineering team, they engage in daily tasks involving intricate roof load calculations, actively participate in sales meetings, and contribute their technical insights. The team is prompt to conduct on-site inspections in response to any potential issues or damage.

In Technical Support, you will have direct interactions with customers and collaborate with colleagues from various departments. The team delivers technical support and engineering services throughout both the proposal and project phases.

Our support teams thrive on tackling complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on the commercial aspect. They handle valuable customer feedback with diligence, sharing insights across the organization and incorporating them into future solutions as applicable.

However, the role also encompasses more straightforward responsibilities, such as promptly addressing phone calls, swiftly resolving project-related issues, or assisting customers in navigating our software.
