Technical Support

Our colleagues who are responsible for technical support in Europe and the United States represent our organisation’s technical backbone. . Our Project Engineering team works on complex roof load calculations on a daily basis, they’re involved with sales meetings and share their technical vision. They’ll inspect projects on site whenever necessary as a result of any possible problem or damage.

In Technical Support, you’ll have contact with customers as well as interaction with colleagues from other departments. The team provides technical support and engineering services, both during the quotation phase and throughout the entire project phase.

Our support teams see it as a challenge to solve complex technical problems without losing sight of the commercial aspect. They ensure that valuable customer feedback is handled with care, shared across the organisation and ultimately used in future solutions wherever this may be applicable.

But it’s also about simply answering a telephone call, finding a quick solution to a project problem, or assisting a customer in exploring our Calculator software.
