Customer Service

The Customer Service team plays a pivotal role and represents the link between our customers and the various departments. Our Customer Service colleagues are responsible from order to cash and simply love solving puzzles, planning and coordinating. They’re in constant contact with customers and various colleagues in Sourcing, Sales or Operations. Do we have all items in stock, what’s the delivery time, or does a complaint need to be resolved? Every single question, request or unexpected complaint from a customer is resolved as quickly and as efficiently as possible within Customer Service.

Customer Service consists of a team where about 7 different languages are spoken. An interesting mix of experience, age and background, where a right match with the customer can quickly be made.
