The Switch is an Amsterdam-based non-profit that accelerates the transition to a climate-neutral economy while helping people who live far from the labor market start a career in the green energy and solar installation sector.
Empowers is a proud partner of The Switch and has provided mounting materials for training future solar installers. Empowers opened its training center to the group, and since 2021, The Switch has provided 24 people with jobs in solar.
